We have the same problem. Can not exit from shopmill due to "cannot be exited: Program or spindle active" problem. Nothing helps to cancel or abort it. We have tried thousands ways, but nothing works. Maybe someone had this problem and knows the solution?

 You can see this in PLC stastus page. Press MENU SELECT -> DIAGNOSIS -> PLC STATUS. In this page you can input logic id & see their status.

My problem is that when turn the machine on, control run shopmill and I can not exit from shopmill, then I can not active PLC STATUS.
