Dears Using PROSAVE version 15.1.0 and in line to the same question. when choosing the file to reset to the factory settings for KP700, the available images are: * CP_4_V15_1.FWF * CP_7_9_12_V15_1.FWF * CP_7_15_Outdoor_V15_1.FWF * CP_15_19_22_V15_1.FWF May we know the difference between the 4 files above? And which one should we use for KP700, 6AV2 124-1GC01-0AX0 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hi, You need the CP_7_9_12_V15_1.FWF CP_4_V15_1.FWF is for Comfort panel 4" CP_7_15_Outdoor_V15_1.FWF is for OUTDOOR comfort panel CP_15_19_22_V15_1.FWF is for the bigger Comfort panels Best regards, Wizard |
