 Hello Mr.Qwazee,

I am facing a similar problem, Earlier, I made too many login attempts with wrong passowrd and login credentilas moved to unauthorized group, so I made a new project only for user administration setting in TIA portal as you described in your picture. But after i downloaded new login credentials to the panel still I am not able to login it says " Invaild password and user name. login has failed".

What could be the reason for this, could you help me out?

Hello.

I suggest you simulate the project first. Determine if the log in is working as you are expecting it to work. Thereafter make a download again.

Ensure that you select all the options to download / over-write the complete project. There is an option you can easily ignore and then sit with a download that has not replaced the passwords.

Please clarify your situation with photos and screen captures (add as ZIP file) if your question has been misread.
