HMI TP700 was slow down process when power in both PLC and HMI

yustin Member Joined: 12/14/2020 Last visit: 3/6/2025 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	i have problem that HMI TP700 comport process was very slow when turn power off and on both PLC and HMI after HMI was boot and connected with PLC, i have to reboot HMI then HMI speed became normal otherwise i can not use HMI properly as it is so slow when change the screen and command i can not find reason that it is very slow only supply power both side concurrently (PLC and HMI) we use lots of TP700 HMI but only one specific HMI works as like above how can make it normal?

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 9/11/2025 Posts: 16390 Rating: (1934)	Hello yustin Check the Systemlimits in the TIA Help System. for example do you use alarmlogs or Process value logs? then check if the number of entries in a log is <=20000 you can also try to do a Reset to factory settings with that Panel. If another Panels runs fast with this project then I would say the panels HW could also be damaged. Bye Murof
