Supply 380V to motor 220V

It gives the frequency and voltage ranges it supports. For example, 480VAC drives can go as low as 400VAC, which is only 83% of rated voltage. The_Choosen_one Hi .... But due to the operating principle of the drive the single pulses of the output pwm-signal goes up to the dc bus voltage, which is significantly higher on a 380V line supply voltage compared with 220V drives. So at the end this is an issue of the insulation of the motor, which must be able to handle the higher insulation stress. Attachment PWM-signal.png (659 Downloads)
