I am using the KTP 400 basic color HMI panel for a small automation task, using win cc TIA portal, the particular Button was configured with protection of user administration rights, when the configuration is working when testing with RT simulation, during simulation if i press the button it is asking the user admin rights, during downloading the project to HMI the same button not pop up the username/password field when pressing, so that in real the button is fully unueasable,if i disable the user administration it is working, please help me how to fix this issue

It seems that you didn't make the check mark of overall overwrite when downloading which will overwrite the user administration data.
