Two lathes of the same type are installed, having very similar 802D sl systems.  I can only differentiate them by the software version number.  The license option codes have been checked and are the same.  Please refer to the attached pics.

The issue is that on one machine (I think 'machine #1.jpg'), USB drives are recognized, but on the other machine, they are not.  I have tried multiple USB drives and they work on one machine and not the other.  Sorry I am not certain which machine has USB working, but I think it's #1. 

The customer uses CF cards on the machine that doesn't identify USBs.  If a CF card is currently plugged in, will it fail to recognize a USB drive?
