transfer project from MP370 15“ panel to MP377 15” panel

You must follow the following procedure: How do you backup/restore with a Windows-based panel That Backup is only valid for a panel with the same reference and firmware version and is not modifiable. You must have the original project, select the panel, right click and replace the panel. In your case you should look into migrating the MP370 project to a MP377.
