As already mentioned by Murof and qwazee, this device is designed and build for the Asian market. So, we would recommend you to contact the Technical Support in China. Use the Siemens Contact Database to find the communication data. Kind regards Stefan

qwazee Platinum Member Joined: 3/30/2020 Last visit: 12/11/2025 Posts: 5656 Rating: (1083)	I am expecting that the same procedure needs to be followed as other HMIs: Prosave is used to load the HMI image back into the device. I cannot find any reference to such image or any Smart Line specific instructions. There is a chance that you already have the HMI image on your PC, if that PC can already program the HMI. It is worth the while to open ProSave and see if that HMI is mentioned in the list. Volunteers here may not be able to assist further. Consider using formal channels to get this problem resolved. Please use the "Support Request" link on this web page. Register a free support session with Siemens' support team. For a more personal touch, follow Mr Stefan's suggestion to get experienced (to Smart Line) help. Do let us know how you got the problem resolved, when you do. Good luck.

Hello there is no other way to load the image by customer than with PC and Prosave. The Transfer and OS Update with USB or SD Card is only possible if he OS runs properly. So as written before-> Siemens Repair Center (they have other posibilities) Bye Murof
