Do you want to do the job with reports, or is txt or csv with vbs enough?

What kind of report? With headers like batch report, measurements...

Three options comes in mind build all report stuff on PLC, use HMI alarms and alarm log to create Report on WinCC. Build report on WinCC vbs and convert that report to alarm log for Report or just use vbs.

With inbuilt Reports you can use default printer for paper prints or create pdfs. With vbs only .txt and .csv are possible and you cannot use default printer.

Actually there is fourth option if you have an idea of maximum log rows. You can build e.g. 10 Reports and use those according to actual log data. Like 50 rows per page, if there are les than 50 rows use report 1 if more, use report two with 2 pages and so on.

So report 1 contains 1 page 2 two pages 3 three pages.

Hello everyone,

I want to generate batch report in comfort panel (TP700) which will contain cyclic values of some variables for an uncertain time period.

I found that there is no "Table View" kind of tool by which I can connect my "historical data" to "Report".

What could be the alternate option please suggest me.

Can "WincCC audit" add-ons or "VB Scripts" be useful in this task? If yes, then can anyone guide me how?

Yes its right there is no table control or something else where you can show this kind of data.

you could work with the workaround in the toolbox to show logged data in a table:

but this is not a very smart solution and it will not fit for your batch report
