Problem downloading project from Engineering station to Touch Panel

Simatic touch panel is being used as monitor of the HMI (connected to IPC).Software is TIA portal V17 in engg station and WinCC Runtime advance in HMI. Problem is when we are trying to download the configured WinCC project to touch panel it is failing to establish any connection with the target device(HMI).The target folder in the device is already shared and can be accessed from engg station. My knowledge in WinCC advance is very limited and not sure where to attack the problem. Hence looking for suggestion.also some question in mind. 1. After installation of Unified engineering at engg station did not find Simatic net installed at the PC!. 2. All the devices are over profinet yet during downloading it is showing Ethernet and not allowing to change it. 3. Both the PCs are with same login name and password.But first letter of the login is not same(one PC small and other PC caps).a problem!? 4. Both the users are member of 'administrator' and 'TIA Engineering'.Not sure wheather any more permissions will be required. Looking forward for the helpful answer Thank You. So you want to load a WinCC Advanced Rutnime... -> if you only use the Advanced RT without any special Simatic Net devices then you do not need to download the PC station itself (Also you would need a siamtic Net installation and pc Station configuration). If you only use the WinCC Rutime you do not need this. Set up your project like this: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/89852595 Then just load the WinCC advanced RT. (open Runtime Loader on the RT System and then load to the PC just as on a comfort Panel) You do not need any network shares or similar. If you use another WinCC Version like WinCC Unified or WinCC Professinoal RT then you should tell us then the answer is slightly different. Bye Murof
