I have some problems with simulating KTP900 in my project(TP1500 works fine). When I start simulation i receive an error:

"direct3d hardware acceleration is not enabled on this machine"

3D graphics acceleration is set, DirectX 9.0c installed. Any ideas?

Thanks for your respond. Anyway the issue was a bit diffrent. I didn't notice communicate my VM displayed(file attached)

The solution is to open your .vmx file with notepad and add 2 lines:

mks.enableD3DRenderer = TRUE

mks.enableDX11Renderer = FALSE

Now it works great

Hi, the solution that you proposed doesn't work for me, but what works for me is to create another VM using the same virtual disk, enable the 3D acceleration in VM settings, regards
