3 HMI, 3 PLC is it possible to share the screens between the 3 HMI's?

freddySS Joined: 2/21/2023 Last visit: 1/16/2026 Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	Hello my friends, i have this project that im working on rogth now, i have 3 differentes areas: BCT, DES, CC for each area y have 1 HMI TP-1200 with a S7-1500 PLC. each HMI got its own screens, but i also want to be able to control from 1 HMI the others. i already did the configuration with the IP i share a picture of that. they all gonna be in the same network. but when i try to put a botton to displaya screen i dont see an HMI in the program, only the others PLC (because i did the connection), how can i do it? please watch my picture, im using tia portal v17 Attachment HMI siemens.png (330 Downloads)

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 1/19/2026 Posts: 16644 Rating: (1944)	Hello AutoGen_9262440 There is a functionality like your usecase in WInCC Unified and its called Collaboration. here you can call Screens from other Unified Systems and so on. But for WInCC Comfort/Advanced this is not possible. Everything you wan to have in your screen has to be programmed in TIA. So of course you can do a big project with all the screens inside and use this on all three panels, but you cannot call screens from other HMI projects. Of course you can use SmartServer and Smart client view to remote control the other HMIs as already mentioned Bye Murof
