the problem is in your HMI connection. For a systemdiagnostic view and alarms you would need an integrated HMI connection. you use a manual HMI connection.

open the device & networks -> here you should have connected your PLC with the HMI with the colored line

-> then click on connections-> then drag and drop a line between the PLC and the HMI. Then a thicker line should appear and in the connections editor in the HMI there should be a new connection with another symbol on the front:

Then all geh integrated functionalities with the systemdiagnosis should work if they are activated in the runtime settings-> alarms

(the best way to get all your tags from the old to the new connection is to copy the name of the old connection, then delete the old connection and rename the new connection like the old one was)
