thanhnhan Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	I made a data collection table using table view and recorded history using historical data as shown below The problems I want to solve are: 1.when wincc is running, if there is a sudden shutdown, will the data still be saved in the machine 2. when wincc runs continuously without shutting down, the collected data will sometimes be full of memory so wincc has the ability to automatically overwrite old data or not I want to ask: What is the storage capacity of the table view and when it is full, will it be able to overwrite itself? Where will the data be stored in the computer? when turning off the wincc runtime, will this data be lost? please guide me to do thank you

These are circular logs based on time and/or size so oldest data will be overwritten at some point according to project settings. The data is stored in a database (SQL server) in the project directory and will be saved between shutdowns. Best regards

But If you start only the simulation then every time only a temporary runtime data will be generated. you would have to use the Online->Download to filesystem option" then you can start this Runtime project with the "WinCC Runtime Start" Application (not with Simulation!). Then the Runtime and Archive data will be not deleted if you shot down the runtime (like later on the real runtime system) Bye Murof
