Hi, In addition to the mentioned FAQ, maybe you can check for the following possible causes: - If you are using encrypted communication (https) and a Windows server operating system, make sure that "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" is deactivated in the Internet Explorer settings (Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Security / Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Security > "Do not save encrypted pages to disk"). - Erroneous group policies. See FAQ: "Exceptions for hardening measures according to CIS" - Incorrect permissions for the screen or the "Web Navigator" folder. If necessary, delete the folder in the project directory and republish the images. The Security Controller should also be re-executed. - Problems with the IIS/WebNavigator Server. Try accessing directly locally, on the Web Server itself. |
