I have an issue with the 'License key not available' pop up on my TP1200 Comfort panels.

Program was written with v13 which I'm aware you need a license for. We have a license for v16 also. I've been told I can use v16 to download to the HMI to get rid of this message.

I loaded the v13 program using v16, compiled (Rebuild All), downloaded the HMI program to the panel yet I still have the pop up.

Any help please?

So I will need to upgrade the panel firmware for this to work?
