Your first analog input (AI) is connected to addresses ID0 (I0, I1, I2, and I3)?

Reason I ask is typically digital inputs tend to default to the I0 range.  AIs tend to default to a much higher range.

When viewed online, does ID0 actually represent your pressure sensor input accurately (within the running PLC logic)?

Also, what type of device provides a 4-byte AI?

Reason I ask is typically Siemens AI modules offer 16-bit WORD sized input data, often of the range of +/-27648 (with the higher order bits used for diagnostics data for that AI).

Hi,

I am working on a pressure sensor connected to a PLC. As seen in the image below, when the start button is pressed, the actual pressure should appear on the screen on HMI and the value should become 0 when the stop button is pressed. It is not working.

am using S7-1500 CPU 1516-3 PN/DP and HMI_1 [KTP1200 Basic PN Potrait].

After running the simulation and pressing the start button, I get the following error message.

Check your PGPC Interface settings.

Also create a new global datablock and visualise an integer from this DB in an HMI screen in an IO field.

Do you geht the same #### here?

After starting the HMI Runtime/Simulation do you get a message that HMI connection is established or could not be established?
