i hope my mail find everyone safe.

i work on project and i am going to connect S7-1200 with PC via SCADA ( Wincc RT advanced) on Tia portal v17.

after selecting the ( Wincc RT Advanced) from the PC systems then creating the configuration of the communication between the plc and the wincc RT Profinet Via IE general .

i currently face problem which when i download the project of the plc on the CPU then go online from the Software ( Tia Portal ) then press on ( Start Runtime on the PC ) from Tia Portal i figure out for example that i can't send any set point from the SCADA to the PLC or even try to press any button to run any PLC out it seems as there's no communication between the Wincc RT advnced and the PLC 

any advice or recommendation that be highly appreciated.

Go to Windows Contro Panel, ope "set PG/PC" configure for S7online the networkcard wich is connected to the PLC.
