I want to thank you in advence for your response

befor, i as on windows 10 home and everything worked fine.

When when i upgraded my windows 10 to professional, the wincc explorer runtime does not want to launch (see picture)

It's still stuck at 28% at alarm logg..., and i can't run the service (ccAlgrtserver). Is it normal ? and how i can resolve it.

Hi Anasinho,

When there are problems starting a project with the AlarmLogging or Taglogging processes, the first thing you should review are the steps indicated in this FAQ:

"Activating WinCC Runtime freezes during Alarm/Tag Logging"

Can you review it?
