How to find the "TIA-Flag" entry in SQL2014 version?

This has really nothing to do with user rights. In the project is an entry, the so called "TIA-Flag". You can try to activate the configuration-database in the SQL-Server Management Studio, and delete the entries of the "TIA-Flag" there.
