Hello everyone,

I'm using WinCC Explorer V7.5 SP2 Upd15 in windows 11 and when i open the tag mangement, the tag management window close after 2 or 3 secondes without any error messages.

Any idea how to fix this trouble.

Could you share with us a screenshot of the exact build version of Windows 11 that you have installed? To rule out compatibility problems.

Also, I recommend that you try a new and simple project to see if the same thing happens to you, could you check it?

Thank you for the screenshot! I have been looking the compatibility of the software with the Operating System and it seems that it is not compatible.

WinCC V7.5 SP2 it is compatible with the verson of Windows 11 Pro version 21H2 as you can seen it the screnshot I share with you.

So probably this random problem it is coming from that.
