GfxRTS keeps crashing

GioEle22 Regular Member Joined: 3/11/2020 Last visit: 9/22/2025 Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	Hi all, I got 10061 error on WebUX even a couple of times per day due to GfxRTS_x64.exe crashing... I applied latest UPDATE3 released for WinCC V7.5SP2 but GfxRTS_x64.exe keeps crashing. What I do is just open CMD and manually run the executable avoiding to reboot the server. In UPDATE3 documentation was also specified that stability of GfxRTS_x64 was improved... Any hints to help and/or push Siemens to fix this issue? Thank you.

You should use the SIMATIC Assessment Suite - Data Collector (SAS-DC) - formerly known as SIMATIC Diagnostics Tool (SDT) - to collect diagnostics and system information from the Computer. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/65976201 Then create a Service Request, and send the data to the Technical Support of Siemens.
