hi, I'm trying to connect a logo to an HMI: basic panel KTP700 BASIC.
I created a simple program on logo8.3 with markers, and a simple program to use the HMI with tia portal v18.
I tried to use both the panel and the simulation but I always get the same error: Connection Disconnected: PLC_CONNECTION, Staion xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, Rack 0, Slot 0.

The computer and the panel are connected to the PLC with a switch. I tried to use the panel also connected directly to the logo but I get the same error. I also tried changing the panel version: 17.0.0.0 and 15.1.0.0 but I get the same result.

Initially it doesn't give an error, but when I click the button to write to the marker it gives me the error.

I can't find any solution that works, how can I fix it?
