Allen Bradley E/IP ControlLogix Address syntax

The connection is working, and tags can be read and written to. Almost. I am not able to read binary tags with address like: B3_6.2 Should I use another syntax. I have also tried B3_6/2, as I read in the documentation. This is not working either.
