Dear all, 

I would like to ask if someone came a cross a message that says "Application health check in HMRT". If this message came the server switches to redundant and the server must be restarted. Also when this happens we have noticed that the number of handlers in task manager shows that HMRT has more then 7000 handlers on other server this number is around 1000 and does not increase. Also checked manuals and there was stated that this service has something to do with horn and when I checked other servers the horn is configured in the same way. 

Therefore, I would kindley ask if someone had the same problem and can suggest any reason why this is happening or how to solve this problem, because we have to restart the server like every 1 - 1.5 weeks.
