The data I create on the tia portal is permanent. The data I save via the HMI is not permanent. When I restart the HMI again, the data I save is deleted. recipe xxxx data 1 (on tia) data 2 ( on hmi) after restart HMI just have recipe xxxx data 1 (on tia)

The Basic Panel has 256KB of internal memory for storing recipes, as you can see in the following link: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/cz/en/view/90114350/119868383627 By the way, have you tried to update to the latest versions of Basic? It may work

Which TIA Portal Version do you exactly use (with SP and Upd)? If a dataset that is created and saved on the HMI disappear if you reboot the panel then this is not a normal behaviour. I would do a Reset to factory settings of the Panel and try again... Bye Murof
