Hello msgsadek,

this behaviour may be caused by an inconsitency in the CrossRef Table in the
configuration database.
You can try to RESET the CrossRef Table, to correct this.
A modifying in the configuration database is needed to do this,
Therefore I recomend, to make a Backup from your project, before you
execute the following steps.

1.) Open the WinCC-project in the Windows Explorer
2.) Start the MS SQL Server Managment Studio 2014
3.) Open there the QueryEditor, and execute there
4.) UPDATE [CC_........].[dbo].[XrefConfig] ("CC....."= DatasourceName of you configuration database )
SET ParameterValue = 'False'
WHERE ParameterName = 'DataInitialized'
GO
5.) Now you get a message 1 Row affected
6.) Close the MS SQL Server Managment Studio 2014
7.) open CrossRef-Editor, all Data will be read new

If this would not help too, you could try to delete
the content of the following tables:

XrefConfig
XrefFileElement
XrefReference
XrefSourceObject
XrefText

These tables are empty in a new project as log you not yet have
used the CrossReference.
