To communicate directly with WinCC you can use OPC UA , REST or the WinCC ODK to write directly to WinCC Tags from a third party application.

OPC UA and REST would be the most easy way

But if the data is not that fast or if you do a bulk processing then you can also use filebased data transfer and work with scripts

for example your third party applicateion creates a csv file (or similar) withthe information for WinCC (for example tag values). In WinCC you check cyclic for updates in a specific folder (if there is a file available) and then you can use scripts to read out and proceed the file content and delete the file afterwards or send to different folder. I worked this way a long time ago building a communication between WinCC and a special SAP workflow (sending data was a very low cycle).
