I am using software PLC 1507s V21.9 running on IPC 227E. I am using TIA V19 and WinCC Unified RT V17. 

I did configuration  as exoplanet in manual of siemens manual "WinCC and software controller V17".

I did the routing by "CMD" for route the interface IPs. After download the project all worked, PLC run, I can connect with WinCC and open the project by browser. 

But after recycle power to the IPC the WinCC is losing the connection. Then i trying to connect with browser i see the screen without any button for start run WinCC. I still see my routing which i did via CMD. 

Only way to resolve the problem is do download of WinCC project via TIA19.
