Hi

I have a monitoring pac3200, 3 phase voltage sample have connected to the device without pt.

when it shows the votlage , there is difference between 3 phase to phase voltages, for example , the voltages are 400 volt and 

it shows for each phases 400, 380, 390 . 

how can I fix that problem, could it be fix by reset factory or updating the frimware?
