Hi,

as already mentioned, there were issues in the past with older versions of ALM that the licenses were not recognized correctly. 

So:

a) install the latest version of ALM

b) do also install the latest updates for V15 (because your screenshot shows only the base version)

c) post a screenshot of your licenses from ALM (name and version should be visible, key itself is not necessary).

d) do also check the licenses via right click in ALM, maybe they are marked as defective afterwards
