I am using the gsd file for 6ES7 517-3FP00-0AB0. It is ok to operate with it but CPU is sensing an error because the actual CPU version is 6ES7 517-3FP01-0AB0. 

Is there any gsd file for tia portal 17 i can use in this particular situation to avoid the red flashing led?

As you can see in the technical data of the CPU (6ES7517-3FP01-0AB0) the reference 6ES7517-3FP01-0AB0 can only be configured as of TIA Portal V19. In older versions it must be configured under the reference 6ES7517-3FP00-0AB0.

There is no problem with this, it will simply show a reference difference message as a warning: Delivery release of the redesigned, fail-safe CPU 1517F-3 PN/DP

Thanks for quick answer and yes there are few other problems I can solve by myself. 

The main thing was that it's quite new CPU model and i couldn't find much about it.
