Hi JhonyRocker, In this case, I think the following information would be interesting: - Screenshot of the exact OS version. For this, you can type in the Windows search engine "winver" (without the quotes") and send us a screenshot showing which version and build you get. - Screenshot of the Siemens software installed on the PC Do you have another WinCC version on your PC? - Where are you installing the software from, from a DVD or have you downloaded it from SIOS?
