As noted in the system manual, the alarm panel can display a maximum of 1,000 alarms per page. You can use the "Previous Page" and "Next Page" buttons to scroll.

you can also use an alarm filter to filter some of the needed criteria like time/Date or alarm class or similar to reduce the viewed alarms or to find what you need to see

(the same limitation is also in other Siemens HMI systems like WinCC V7/8)
