Problem with UMC

The tutorial says that it is necessary to install the option called TIA_UMC_V2 from DVD2. I do it and it creates the files but when the configuration starts it tells me that the product started with a failure and it won't let me continue I have the version of TIA v18 Attached capture I really appreciate all the help Greetings

(Must be compatible) Please find the install manual for UMC in the link below which coves the steps to follow for installing. Ensure that the steps have been followed exactly on your system. Have the pre-requisites been installed on the machine such as Application Request Routing, and URL Rewrite? Have the IIS settings in windows also been activated as indicated in the manual?
