Hi John0196, What I can think of, in case it could help you to check that you don't have cloud connection is the following: 1. Check the Configuration: Ensure that your LOGO! device is not configured to connect to any cloud services. This can be verified by checking the settings in LOGO!Soft Comfort. Specifically, you should not have any cloud connection settings configured under Tools -> Transfer -> Cloud Connection Settings. 2. Network Monitoring: Monitor the network traffic from your LOGO! device to ensure that it is not communicating with any external cloud services. This can be done using network monitoring tools to capture and analyze the traffic. 3. Disable Cloud Features: If your LOGO! device has any cloud-related features enabled, disable them. This includes any settings related to AWS, Azure, Alibaba, or general MQTT configurations. 4. Documentation: Document the steps you have taken to ensure that no cloud connections are being used. This documentation can include screenshots of the configuration settings, logs from network monitoring, and any other relevant information.
