I am using inputs I7 and I8 as analog inputs. As you will see in the video, the values fluctuate even though the voltage is stable. The 0-10V value is coming from a PT100 - 0-10V converter device for the analog input. However, when I connect a different device, such as a digital potentiometer, the values do not fluctuate. Could you provide some insight into the cause and solution for this issue?

as I can see in your video, the analog wires (Yellow) are not shielded and in parallel to lots of other wires.

This is maybe one point. 

Try the analogue filter FB. This may help you but makes the AI slow.

Compair the technical data if the PTx-converter support the LOGO!  input impedance of 80 kΩ. If this doesn't help I would try shielded wires for the analogue circuits and do not put it in paralle to other wires.

 Have you seen the bad connection of I10?

Thats a lose contact,  probability there will be more.
