Hi, 

I'm trying to get familiar with the Unified Comfort-panels for the first time. The TIA-portal is installed on a Virtual Machine and the projectfolder is located on the host and accessible via a shared folder from the VMware machine that is running Windows 10. (With TIA 18)

When I try to run the Runtime-simulation on the virtual machine I get an error:

(The directory above is located on the host)

This error won't occur when it's a regular comfort-panel or if the projectfolder is located locally on the VM.

Is it anyone who have had the same type of error and know how to solve it?

I had almost the same error message under "Info -> General" on TIA V18 with MTP2200 Unified Comfort, The message repeats itself indefinitely.

,The compiler could not access the following file or folder: 'D:\Projet\"project name"\"project name"\IM\HMI\I\1\Context.wrk\deltas\153.0\mergeResult.log'. Please read the documentation and remove the access block.,,,8:58:06 AM

I cannot compile software or save the project.

The solution was to "Save as ...", then I could compile again witout error.

The project seems to work correctly.

I don't have this issue anymore.

I had to contact my IT and Siemens Support to fix it.

It seems that my antivirus was scanning these folders.

My IT excluded from the antivirus the second disk of my laptop where I'm storing all my TIA project.

Using EndPoint security (CheckPoint) antivirus.

Hi all, I am struggling with this issue so I tried the save the project with a new name using 'Save As' option and that didn't help. I also tried deleting the IM folder to try my luck, and this didn't help either. Is there anything else I can try?
