Yes, but I think, it should work in script which is executed by 1 sek sheduled task. 

If I would use this script only once by starting runtime, then it would be useless for my case.

As many other users said earlier - these functions do nothing - so probably it is the same situation in 19.03 version.

In version 20 of panel images and tia v19 there are problems with bar and text list.

I have tested the functionality on a physical device with image version V20.0.0.0.

But of course I have not tested using a scheduled task as it cannot work in a scheduled task. The scheduled task runs in a background process that does not allow user login.

WinCC Unified has one main process in the background and several processes for the GUI as it allows multiple clients to be connected. User login is only possible in the GUI.

I usually solve this by making a dummy script on the tooltip property, and execute this every 1s or so (or on tags where applicable).

The important thing is that the element where the script is executed must be visible at all times. I usually use a logo or header element.
