It was different, but changing it didn't do the trick...

And if that was the problem, it should transfer by USB i think?

I can go online, so the connection is there. I just can't download to the panel.

Could you finally solve this issue?

I am having the same situation with a TP1200 Comfort Panel (TIA V16).

On my case, I did not change TIA version or even the program. Just went to download it after several weeks without uploading anything and it gave me the same messages you show in your screenshots.

IP is OK (checked on Panel Windows interface and on TIA Portal while going Online), ping test is OK.

Sometimes it does not even allow me to press "Load", sometimes it allows me but then it disconnects with the message that "IP could not be assigned" (even though it is the same one).

Have the same issue last week, can't get it work, load button won't light up.

Try to change to Ethernet instead of profinet it work for me. 

 Same way all the steps and many FW changes and this is the only way me too could download the prject with latest FW on HMI. I tried from TIA V16 to 20.
