Hi AutoGen_7030793, In order to narrow down the problem, it would be important if you could share the following information with us: - If accessed locally, that is, from the WebUX Server's own web browser, does the same occur? - If you use another web browser, such as Microsoft Edge, does the same occur? Please perform this quick test to rule out a problem with the web browser used. - Exact version of the WinCC/WebUX Server component installed, including updates if applicable. You can see it in the Windows 'Programs and Features' application. - Is an antivirus or firewall enabled on the WebUX Server? - Has it ever worked? We look forward to your response.
