long time ago I did something like this by VBScript: reading data from an archive, showing them in a grid and calculating some statistics.

Have a look in What options do you have for displaying and editing archives (WinCC Runtime Professional and WinCC V7 Runtime)?, section OLE DB.

Which SCADA do you use? AdvancedRT/ProfessionalRT/UnifiedPCRT?

In WinCC Professional for example you can use compressed archive tags where you can set this type of aggregation functions for automatic calculation of average/Min/Max/Sum and so on...

If you want to build this information from already logged informtaion you need to export this data and calculate externally or with scripts
