I am connected to PLC through the VPN tunnel unisg SINEMA RC server & Router S615.

I can ping to the devices connected, but could not able see them in accesible nodes/devices list.

Please suggest.

I have the same problem, TIA13 does not see the PLC.

Ping to PLC normal, "SIMATIC PnDiscovery Service" is active,

But i cant find it in Online and diagnostic

What else could be the problem?

how are you connected to the PLC? directly or over router etc.?

do you have a anti-virus-scan or firewall active?

Hi.

To scan devices on remote network (over routed, tunnel, vpn) you need some kind of bridge solution.

Siemens solution is TIA Cloud connector either throug PC/PG on remote site with connector running or with TIA Cloud connector to Siemens security solution like Sinema S615.

The pitfall is how ever: You can not do TIA Cloud connector connection from remote VPN to S615 directly, you have to run TIA Portal on remote desktop connected machine at SINEMA RC server site.
