How many license keys do you have installed on the computer?

Do try the remedies suggested.. after that:
Use the ALM software and move most of the license keys off the PC safely onto a USB thumb drive. Observe if there is any change in access time.

Next open ALM and kee it open before opening Step7 Manager...
again see if any change.

If it can help somenone, i had the same issues when installing TIA V14 SP1 and step 7 pro 2017.

I soleved the problem by upgrading TIA V14 SP1 Update 4
