For example, if I need 10 people to program, am I obliged to buy 10 floating licenses? Is there an option for multiple users at a lower price than 10 independent licenses altogether?

However, your Siemens sales representative may be able to offer you a discount. You can also purchase a Unlock Copy License (UCL), which allows multiple users.
