I have a problem with a Sentron PAC3220 V3.2.3 FW:V3.2.3.0-1.1.0.3 module.

The module is installed in an electrical panel connected to the machine's LAN network and equipped with an Ethernet expansion (7KM9300-0AE01-0AA0 FW: V2.1.5) for ProfiNet communication.

the module display shows (about every 2 seconds) a screen with the following written:

“System Message: 007
        UIP Task”

Currently it is impossible for me to navigate in the module menu because every time the screen appears it returns to the main page.

The problem did not occur from the first power-on, but about 2 weeks after connecting the expansion module. Before the PAC3220 went into error there was no communication with the expansion module because I was unable to receive data via ProfiNet.

I also wanted to ask if the above mentioned expansion module is compatible with the PAC3220, since it does not appear in the compatibility list on the Siemens website, or if the next version is needed (7KM9300-0AE02-0AA0).

First,7KM9300-0AE01-0AA0 is not used for PAC3220.

Second, do remember ,If you want to install or remove the expansion module, be sure to disconnect the power supply of PAC3220 first.
