We have a layout that we designed, and we are creating a print job based on it. However, when we try to print, we keep getting errors. When we preview, we get the error ‘No printer is available.’ No printer other than <Standard Printer> is visible.

Which Upd do you have installed? which OS do you use (with build Nr) ? Does this only appear in one project or also in a new one? Is your used Windows user in the SIMATIC HMI local user group?
