I get this log information from the trace tool when I have added the certificate on panel and Scada 

280(0x30f8) Failed to load Operational Certificate, peer name: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:49680

8700 (0x3458) Failed to load Operational Certificate, No OC found for peer.

I also get a alarm message in the panel

If I remove the certificate I get no log messages on the trace.
