Hello Experts,

I had simatic manager 5.5 and the project was fine in that version yet as i try to open the project in V5.7 it says write protected with error 3280:709

I tried the FAQ that has been posted in \

Simatic manager project is somehow write protected

I tried several times . The important thing to notice is that the selection was already on CPU oriented messages. I need to upgrade as I have already upgraded the Licences to V5.7 yet i its not allowing me to edit.

If anyone can help much appreciate it.

have you installed the software package S7-PM V5.7? This should fix the problem? You can find more in the product notification:

 Please open the project and then "menu -> save as -> mark checkbox with reorg slow".

Please check if the new project can be opened.
